really clean and tidy with great off street parking and close to town.

Communication with our host was very quick, easy, helpful and thorough.
They were amenable to a couple last minute changes and a minor issue sorted quickly. The batch itself has gorgeous high ceilings for a cosy space which made it feel a lot more grand. It almost felt like a tree house by the water, very cool old school Lockwood feel.
The water view was nice, a little further back than it looked in the photo but a quick walk down the reserve to the water’s edge was the perfect night 1 sunset experience. The bed was comfortable, hot water and heating a plenty for 6 of us. Nice family feel living room, and easy use kitchen. Recommend for an affordable lake view property!

Good spot in Taupō!

Great place to stay, amazing views, good walking distance to the bar and restaurant down the road.
Very clean and spacious, the Kitchen has everything you need.

A fantastic stay. It was a long stay because we raced Ironman, but great accommodations, great location, safe, and a responsive host.

Spacious, clean and a lovely decorated home. The kitchen then was nicely stocked and impressive. Host was friendly and was quick to respond. This home was a great base camp for a day trip to Napier and the Tongariro National park.

Well located for Taupo and local attractions. Quiet at nights and a lovely outdoor area.
The accommodation was roomy and functional, but needed some tlc.

We had a lovely few days in Taupō at this beautiful property. Very peaceful and private but still very close to great spots along the lake. House was very spacious and had everything we needed.
